About this event
In this hands-on NeighborFoodGroup workshop, we'll make soft, pillowy ricotta gnocchetti with fresh pesto, and light, sweet ricotta cookies for dessert. We'll be shaping, cutting, cooking / chopping, grating, mixing / rolling, baking, glazing! Sfizi (small italian snacks) will be served while we prepare our meal, and you're welcome to bring a beverage of choice.
