About this event
Join our ABFN Team (free event!) at this library adventure night. We had a blast last year solving the mystery together. Any parent is welcome :). It's a 21+ event because there is a cash bar.

Library Adventure: The Search for the Lost Manuscript
Adventure at AML!
Thursday, September 17th, 6-8pm, Acton Memorial Library

Join us for a night of Adventure!
You and your team will have 2 hrs to become explorers, historians, cartographers, and code breakers searching for a legendary manuscript hidden within the library.
Cash bar provided by True West Brewing Co. and complimentary light snacks.
This will be a new story from last year.
Music will be performed by Violinist Catherine Miller and Pianist Jean Monroe.
Violinist – Catherine Miller
Boston-based violinist Catherine Miller performs regularly in the New England area for English, Scottish, and contra dances. She plays with various local pick-up dance bands and is a member of High Drive, an energetic Scottish country dance band that performs at RSCDS events around New England.
Pianist – Jean Monroe
Jean Monroe grew up reading books at the Acton Memorial Library and is delighted to return to play piano. She has been a staff pianist at several area dance camps, and has played for 20 years in contexts ranging from Colonial to ragtime and steampunk. She studied classical piano with Ronald Kmiec and improvisation with Jacqueline Schwab.
